Boeing supports women engineers

Through its powerful video women makes us better the american plane manufacture hilighting the need of women in aviation and specificly in the fields of scientist engineering and math.
Travelling back in time its being presented the keen desire of some women to join those fields but never could achieve it as the bias employers never have given the such a position to a lady because the racefull society believes that these jobs are only suitable only for males.
The candidates have applied for a job as engineers but boeing rejected their application .

in the early 20th century it was illegaly for women to registered themselves to college Nowdays though its not illegal anymore only 13% of U.S. engineering jobs are held by women.
It seems that Boeing understands that women bring important perspectives and different skills to the workforce and that girls need role models in careers like engineering. That's why the american plane maker focuses on recruiting diverse employees and reaching out to minority and under-represented communities to encourage them to consider a career in Scientist Technology Engineering Maths.
