New safety rules regarding the disruptive passengers rising rate. Cabin crew will have teasers.

 

Flight attendants of Korean Air from now will carry guns on board said on the airline on its statement at Reuters. ‘’Readily to use stun gun to manage to manage disruptive passengers.

The air-carrier said also that will hire more male flight attendants and both newcomers and old crew members will train to use of the latest device to tie up a violent passenger and after forbidden flying with a history of unruly passenger.

‘’We will use the latest incident to put safety foremost and strengthen our safety standards’’ said on news President Chi Chang-hoon.

According to Telegraph newspaper the decision coming after U.S. singer Richard Marx commented on a post at Facebook and Twitter in a neagative manner his currently flight experience with the airline. He also accusing crew members of being ‘’ill-trainned and ill-equipped as they were unable to handle a chaotic and dangerous event’’.

During his flight on December 20, with Korean Air from Hanoi to Seoul he helped to subdue an unruly passenger who was attacking on members of crew and others passengers. The incident came in the light when he posted it on his facebook and twitter accounts.

South Korean police sought an arrest warrant for the disruptive passenger on charges including inflicting injury to the crew and a passenger on board.

The decision came after number of unlawful actions has a great rising rate and is tripled over the past five years as telegraph newspaper reports.

However the air-carrier has not clarify what is the training for crew concerning the new safety regulation with guns on board and when it will take place.
